Learn How to Make a Vision Board!

Experience Life‘s January-February 2015 article “Learn to Make a Vision Board” will help you learn this creative and fun skill. Check out Amber Johnson’s (EL‘s Office Manager), and Casie Lukes’s (EL‘s Digital Content Specialist) 2015 vision boards below:

Amber picked #26 of the 101 Revolutionary Ways to Be Healthy and created a food theme for 2015. This is a great example of creating a vision on a specific topic if you’re too overwhelmed by casting a vision for an entire year, or you want to focus one one area in your life. Amber used a large piece of cardboard, and glue.

Casie took a general approach, envisioning what she wanted 2015 to look, feel, and be filled with. She included community, alone time, a list of goals, art, gardening, food, travel, children and building her new marriage. It’s adhered on an old canvas, sewn on, with paint on top of the images. The travel area flips through places she’d like to visit. The yellow spaces of canvas are to remind her to make space in her life.
